Maybe a Song Thrush, Treasyry Gardens, Melbourne

I’m not totally sure of this one, but there was what was either a juvenile Blackbird or a Song Thrush in Treasury Gradens this afternoon, up near the vehicle entrance to the government precinct. The light crescent around the face was clear, but I’m not sure precisely.

Anyone else there?

Kelp Gull and WTNT 17 Jan

One Kelp Gull at the Brooms Head lagoon, northern NSW. First record here for us. iPhone photos did not get the red dot on the bottom of the bill.

Up to 200 WTNT at 8am this morning.
