Arrived in Chillagoe today and found a pure white Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike. Size and wing-shuffle were right. Other BFCS around. A couple of poor photos with it fully zoomed from the top of a tree. I heard, distantly, my first Oriole for the season near the Bourke Road bridge this morning, and then saw a Crested Shrike-tit, and heard another closer to Wilson Reserve. The Shrike-tit was very curious when I whistled back at it.
