Melbourne CBD Koel (plus late Whipbird note)

There was a Koel calling loudly from a Moreton Bay Fig in the Jolimont Station corner of the Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne this morning at 7:30. I didn’t actually see it, but boy, was it calling its lungs out.
