This bird was in a flock of at least 10 Rainbow Lorikeets with a single Scaly-breasted Lorikeet in Coast Banksias along Beach Road at Ricketts Point, Beaumaris in Victoria this afternoon. It is a White-plumed Honeyeater. That is a typical call for first thing in the morning from a WPH. Sounds like it was in an urban area and amplified by concrete walls/building.
