Renewing WTP permit

I got an email from Melbourne Water saying my Western Treatment Plant permit expires in two weeks. It said to go to https://www.melbournewater.com.au/services/licences-and-permits/birdwatching-access to renew it. But the “Apply now” button on that page just takes me to https://birdwatch/, which doesn’t exist.

I’ve let them know, but in the meantime, does anyone have the right link for the renewal?

This is my first post here. Hopefully I’ve done it right.
