Access to Western Treatment Plant, Werribee for non-permit holders
Not sure if this has already been posted, but it is now possible to get a key for the WTP (Inter-state and International visitors only for some reason) at the Werribee Information Centre ( www.visitmelbourne.com/regions/Melbourne/Travel-information/Visitor-information-centres/Werribee-Visitor-Information-Centre.aspx#moreinfo) which is by the Werribee Zoo.
