It clearly is of Mallard origin. However whether there is any Black Duck in its ancestry, is hard to know. I suggest it is highly likely or most unlikely not to be. I would say Mallard X Black Duck. Streakiness of breast feathers is Mallard character, but head stripes in Mallard are much less distinct. Check the feet for colour. Mallard cross gives bright orange colour as distinct from Blackie’s greeny-yellow.
