Hi all as I was recovering from my swim this morning and doing some stretches at one end of the Macquarie Uni pool at about 8:20am this morning, all the Masked Plovers and Noisy Miners went off. The Birds in the Great Western Woodlands Project has released it’s first report of findings from the first three years of surveys from an intended 12 year project. Coincident with the report, a video produced to help a campaign to stop mining in the Helena & Aurora Range has also been released.
