Kilarney beach has a caravan park, a boat ramp, public toilets and a footy oval. Its still very beautiful but you need to walk a few metres to have a remote experience. One of the posters on the Yandina wetlands thread made a comment that the wetlands may end up on the sea bed due to rises in sea levels.
