Hi All, Spent a pleasant morning birding around the Gatton area yesterday morning. Little Grassbirds were very vocal. Had good views by the board walk at the hide on the larger lake. Hi Carl I assumed the numerous birds I saw in Barcelona were Rose-ringed/Ring-necked Parakeets. But, from what others have written to me, the Barcelona birds are Monk Parakeets/”Quaker Parrots” (Myiopsitta monachus Boddaert 1783).
