Help required identifying a seabird

Hi folks, Can anyone help me identify a seabird that I found beach-washed at Gunnamatta Beach, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria last Thursday (see photos at www.penboc.org.au/seabird/)? Powerful owl in Sydney Botanical Gardens interesting feeding behaviour
