I was hoping that someone could give me advice on reliable places where to find Spotted Quail thrushes here in Victoria. I live in Melbourne. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Doing a Birdata search for “Spotted Quail-thrush” zoomed to Victoria shows a few promising areas *inter alia* around Ararat and the coastalish areas East of Sale. Hi Bernard, I have seen spotted quail-thrush at Sawpit Creek in Kosciuszko NP, and some years ago in Croajingolong NP.
