There was also a trial removing Bell Miners by Jim Shields at Pambula
about 10 years ago that led to an increase of small birds and the Miners
staying away.
Some ANU students did surveys of woodlands around Cowra a few years ago
assessing the effects on Noisy Miners with a relationship to the
vegetation structure at the site. As far as I remember no understory +
NMs = no small birds.
