BROWN SONGLARK

A non-breeding male Brown Songlark was seen this morning near the weather-station at Wattamolla in the Royal National Park, Sydney by Max O’Sullivan and myself. Also a pair of Chestnut-rumped Heathwren.

Denise, May I offer sympathy at this news of the passing of your ‘son’, Mr Burrunali. Surely western Arnhem Land country is rich in elders, and the loss of any single one must be felt deeply. The generosity of elders in sharing culture & the best of country cannot be measured.
