Have now got the URL to work, you need to physically add =VIC to the end, it’s an fully adult male Swamp Harrier, regularly mistaken for Papuan Harrier. Cheers Jeff.

G’day Greg, Mike Carter told me on the phone that the bird had a white inner most tertial on each side, so I guess it must be the migratory species nisicolor, which would also be the most likely. But let’s wait and see the photos. Cheers Jeff.
