Hi all,
Les George has photographed a duck at Chinaman’s Pool, Carnarvon which he thinks may be a male Eurasian Widgeon. Unfourtunately the only photo I’ve seen the head is turned away, but otherwise it looks like a decent match to me. I’m hoping to be able to post it somewhere but waiting on permission. Hopefully some more photos too
Cheers, John

The Wigeon was seen again and photographed early this morning at same location by Brian and Richard Huggart.
