Yes ! optus

It seems deeply shocking in this day & age that, at Charles Darwin University (Darwin) a few weeks ago, Optus, having removed the osprey nest from its phone tower on the Casuarina campus after the chicks fledged, now intends to install nesting prevention spikes.

All across Australia & the world, these birds are being supported by corporations & communities, with the installation of a nesting platform per pair. These can be seen, for example, in other coastal communities around Australia.

So contrary is this plan to Optus’s own website environment statements, as to make these claims look unrelated to this company.

The Osprey is a grand bird, & provides Optus with a grand opportunity.
