White ravens

There is a pair of pale Little Ravens causing delight and consternation in the streets of Barham NSW at present. I am not sure if you should call them albino or leucistic or just different. Hi Geoff, I like ‘just different’! That’s certainly correct. Looks like the birds have dark irides -> juvenile -> rules out progressive greying. Apparently the bare parts are normal plus the obvious melanin synthesis in some areas of the plumage -> rules out albinism. I’d call that leucism (since it is partial you can also call it piebaldism).
