For those who still haven’t had a chance to see this bird, it is still @ the reef. I’ve seen it on 3 separate occasions during the past 2 weeks, including some great views yesterday.
I can’t imagine it will be here too much longer so these next couple of weeks may be the last chance to see it before it travels north.
Also worth keeping an eye out for are the Red-necked Stints. A number of them are really starting to show some really nice colouring around the head and upperparts.
