I have witnessed White-bellied Sea Eagles (adults) bully other raptors (including Swamp Harrier and Whistling Kite) to the point that they drop their catch and the Sea Eagle wins!

Most if not all of the Heliaeetus genus have a reputation as being thugs. Benjamin Franklin was not impressed with the Bald Eagle as symbol of the USA, describing it as being lazy and a rank coward and by no means a proper symbol for the USA. He preferred the Turkey.
In Malaysia, I have seen a WBSE beating up a Brahminy Kite for its catch, as well as both of the species of Icthyophaga Fish-Eagles.
