RFI Victoria in December

I’ll be staying in Riddells Creek, VIC from December 21 to 28. Advice off-list about birding in that vicinity or within a half hour’s drive or so would be much appreciated (I’ll have access to a car). Also if there are any birding outings planned – OK I know it’s Christmas week – this Sydneysider would love to join in.
