Probable White-throated Needletails at Culcairn, NSW

My daughter rang at 8.30 this morning to ask me about Swifts. She had
just been at Morgan’s Lookout where she had seen “thousands of birds
like huge swallows zooming and zipping” in the air above the Lookout.
She mentioned that they had white on throats and vents. She is
observant but not a bird-watcher, but thought this was sufficiently
interesting to tell me.
I pass it on for what it’s worth.
