Hello all. My non-birding Melbourne-based brother just sent me a very ordinary picture of a penguin he saw in Bicheno, Tasmania back in July. Can anybody ID it from the photo? My guess would be Fiordland, but are there other possibilities? http://www.pbase.com/image/128900349
