I’m just back from a walk which had the added excitement of being swooped by a Noisy Miner with a nest fairly low over the walking path. I haven’t experienced this myself before, nor heard of it happening to others. Has anyone else?

That’s pretty common behaviour here (Box Hill, Victoria). They usually veer away if you’re looking their way. Sometimes they ignore me and swoop my dog.
