Birding-aus Need help in deciding how to negotiate a possible as long as 5 week trip to Madagascar. Have any of you tried to travel around on your own? If not for the whole trip, would it be possible to do part on one’s own and the rest with a guide? Any guides that you have used that you’d be willing to recommend? Is 5 weeks too long for Madagascar given how hard it is to travel within the country? I’m eventually meeting up with some friends in Uganda and could split the time between Madagascar and either Kenya or Tanzania. Any and all help is appreciated greatly. All the best
