Is Amytornis an online journal or not?

I was just directed to an article on Red Collared Dove in the supposedly on-line journal Amytornis. A google search pointed me to a web page hosted by Birds Australia  that purports to be “Amytornis: Western Australian Journal of Ornithology”. When I searched for said article the result was: “In future revisions of the Amytornis journal, we will have article searching. This will enable you to search by Author, Title, or Keywords for articles. At this point in time, we suggest you look at the Current Issue for previous articles”   Obviously the current issued does not contain previous articles. I’m sure people are working hard, but honestly, that is just lame and pointless. The biggest problem with on-line publishing is the lack of a guarantee of persistent archiving, and this is one of the worst examples I have ever come across.
