Has the VIC DELPW changed its email address?

I have been trying to send a message to someone in the VIC Environment area
(using an address which worked last week). I get this bounce message

> Your message wasn’t delivered to *@delpw.vic.gov.au* because
> the domain delpw.vic.gov.au couldn’t be found. Check for typos or
> unnecessary spaces and try again.

​If there is an issue with their email account this may be affecting other
folk also and I can work out how else to get to their attention.​
