Leo Berzins reported via Birdline the presence of a bar-tailed godwit at
Lake Cargelligo on Monday. The Birdline Moderator indicated that there is
no record of BTG sightings in the last 18 years at the STW. Well done, Leo.
I have been a regular visitor to the Lake STW since 2005 and have never seen
a bar-tailed godwit there. However, I did have a great view of a single
black-tailed godwit at the STW in December, 2009.
