I have seen it a few times myself, most recently on Tuesday afternoon, but it is a particularly difficult bird to photograph. A local birder, Max Blanch has managed the only 2 shots of it, one of which I posted to Birdline NSW today http://www.eremaea.com/BirdlineRecentSightings.aspx?Culture=en-AU&Birdline=2&Path=8 There are also 4 Sharp-tailed Sandpipers and 2 Marsh Sandpipers at the site, along with ~20 Curlew Sands, 5 Greenshank and a few Red-necked Stint. If you do visit the Birdline page, check out the crakes and rails also seen and photographed there (the image in the post, taken by Chris Herbert, shows a Lewin’s Rail, Spotted and Spotless Crakes feeding together).
