That’s a list that speaks for itself. The Large-tailed Nightjar sighting, combined with a recent record from nearby Bli Bli, constitutes an extension of range for this species. The discovery of Australian Little Bittern, Large-tailed Nightjar and Eastern Grass Owl at the Yandina Creek Wetlands further strengthens the case for this excellent site to be purchased and managed as a reserve by the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
