Hope you’ve all had a wonderful, and meaningful, Easter, and that you’ve had the opportunity for some good birding, too.
Cheers all, John Tongue Ulverstone, Tas.

And after an almost record dry wet season in Katherine, we are pushing towards 400mm+ of rain over Easter -went for a pleasant walk this afternoon up on the escarpment at the gorge, got soaked, saw a few bedraggled birds through wet binoculars – lovely and cool and still raining…
Happy Easter all,
Andrew Bell

We didn’t do much birding with too many other things happening. But we did make time to visit the property we’re buying at Darwin River, about 80 kms southwest of Darwin. Just outside the gate sat a Partridge Pigeon. It will be such a change from living in town!
Happy Easter to you all. Denise
