Hi,
Recorded these photos awhile back at Sea View Mountain Retreat, near Turkey Beach just south of Gladstone in QLD.
The King Parrots (a pair) had control of the feeding plate and would drive off any other King Parrots if they tried to feed, all other King Parrots had to wait their turn. However, some Bar-shouldered doves turned up and made a contest of it. One Dove in particular very forcefully beat at the King with his wing so much so I could hear it from 20 meters away.
