Brook Whylie pointed out a while ago that the 2009 bill is the wrong one: “My understanding is the amendment that has been passed is the GAME AND FERAL ANIMAL CONTROL AMENDMENT BILL 2012. The 2009 Bill was a wish list put up by the Shooters back in 2009.”
