Countdown to the Great Grasswren Air Safari has begun! (ADVERTISEMENT I think)

Hi all,

Exciting days ahead as the countdown has started for Australia’s epic
birding adventure. Never before has anyone attempted to search for all of
Australia’s Grasswren species in one tour by private airplane: During 14
days we’ll search for Striated, Short-tailed, Western, Thick-billed,
Eyrean, Grey, Kalkadoon, Carpentarian, Dusky, Black and White-throated.
Starting on 27 July, we’ll also be looking for possibly soon-to-be split
Rusty and Sandhill Grasswrens. We’ll be using our own private chartered
aircraft for this trip, while ground excursions will be delivered by local
operators in 4WD’s. We’ll be visiting the Vic/SA mallee, Flinders Ranges
and northern Eyre Peninsula, Strzelecki and Birdsville tracks, central Qld,
parts of the NT including Kakadu as well as the Mitchell Plateau.
