I have to agree with Dion – to my mind this is a stone-cold Cook’s. The fact that the dark eye-mark is so prominent and there is a very strong supercillium make it quite unlike Pycroft’s. The general structure is also Cook’s – the tail would want to look longer for a Pycroft’s.
