an ecosystem that I’m still unable to imagine its sublime beauty.
Last week a small dark pointy winged raptor brought prey into a clump
of large woody weeds.
Pied Currawong announced its presence. Noisy Miners confirmed.
Then all fell silent.
Because it had its prey,
so leave it in peace
to eat so it won’t hunt us?
I’m still not sure what the prey was.
It was whiteish with orange fringe.
I thought is was rubbish at first.
It could have been a kitten or a guinea pig or chicken or a puppy or?
