Common Bronzewings on nests

Over the past couple of years, when I’ve seen a Common Bronzewing sitting
on a nest, it has always been a male. Initially I was just interested to
know that duties were shared, but now I’m wondering, do males do the
daylight hours, and females the nights, or have I just seen a chance
pattern! Does anyone know?

Thanks for any input.
