The little blue book put out by BOCA was a great way to keep your sightings recorded. Is there any chance that it, or something similar could be produced? Or does anyone know of something similar and where to get it?

To all those who responded to our email on a checklist like the simple BOCA blue booklet :First, I didn’t realise that the following was sitting in my outbox until today when I was doing a response to Mike Jarvis :~~~~~Thanks for all the responses. We are simply looking for a compact Australian bird checklist such as the BOCA one. We understand that many are happy with the technological approach, but something that is small and compact that does allow for a trip/annual record to be made with pencil would be great.~~~~~~~~~Yeah, g’day MikeThanks for your response to our email on a checklist. Ken Black also referred us to your booklet. However, all we are after is a simple list of names with boxes to tick birds off. For our purposes, the little blue book is ideal, but we’ve used them all up.I’ll keep fiddling and set up a list of our own and make our own version.Peter MorganThe conservation battle is never finally won; the development battle is. eiπ + 1 = 0. ——————————————————————————————- On 18 Feb 2019, at 3:57 pm, Anthea Fleming <flambeau@labyrinth.net.au> wrote:
I hope that Birdlife WA is able to get that done. The updated BirdLife list and format of the blue book would suit me.I appreciate all the responses to our query and while the smartphone/computer option is there, I find the book and pencil is the convenient one for us.Bev and Peter Morgan. The conservation battle is never finally won; the development battle is. eiπ + 1 = 0. ——————————————————————————————- On 18 Feb 2019, at 9:28 pm, Tania Ireton <taniai@ozemail.com.au> wrote:
