By Birding-Aus, on August 19th, 2020% I agree that this is not a Golden/Yellow-crowned Bishop (Euplectes after). Bishops have eclipse plumages and in winter are dull brown and sparrow-like. If it was a male moulting into breeding plumage (too early) the black and yellow feathers would be in different places on the bird.
