Canary White-eye v Yellow White-eye

Hi all Can anyone tell me the rationale behind the change from Yellow White-eye to Canary White-eye in the IOC taxonomy? There doesn’t seem to be a Yellow White-eye in the list, so it’s not because of a conflict of names.
