Dear All,
Had a very good view of a Black Kite over my back yard in East Killara yesterday (19th November). I thought it was actually going to perch in a gum tree there.
This bird has been around for at least 6 weeks in the general area. I have seen it four times before, but always as I was driving the car, or from a distance and without bins. I should have reported it before but wasn’t 100% sure of the ID. Now I am.
No reason why it won’t hang around longer I guess.
