Date: Wednesday, November 6, 2019
Location: In our garden in 3rd Avenue, St Peters and nearby
White-winged Triller (Lalage tricolor) (1) I had been hearing the triller (a male) in and around our garden for about 10 days before finally spotting it, but am not familiar with the call. It loved hiding in our massive gum tree or in the plane trees over the road, then going quiet and a few minutes later calling from behind my back. Frustrating !
