Location: Black Point, Y.P.

Double-banded Plover (Charadrius bicinctus) (19) 19 Double-banded Plover, mostly in full breeding plumage were standing in the seaweed at the sand spit at high tide. Suddenly a large dog appeared from around the corner & decided to have a swim, startling them into flight. The photo shows 7 of them with 3 Red-necked Stint.

Southern Scrub-robin (Drymodes brunneopygia) (1) New sighting for me. 2 birds in the same area. Photos attached

Golden Whistler (Pachycephala pectoralis) (1) A very accommodating bird near the carpark. Photos attached.
