Birdingpal or guide referral for N. India?

Chatters, Birding aus, and Tweeters, Planning a trip to India this winter and would need a guide for the northern portion of the trip. The south and Sri Lanka appear to be already covered. Anyone have someone that they have used in the past or know well enough to make a recommendation? All the best — Barry Levine Seattle levineb@fastmail.fmhttp://www.fastmail.com – Or how I learned to stop worrying and love email again

Barry (& B-aus) in 2011 in Delhi I used the services of Abhijit Menon-sen for a day trip from Delhi to Sultanpur wetlands and some other sites (Abhijit’s webpage is at: http://toroid.org/ams/birding-guide#birding) He was a very good guide and we had a great day out. I’m not sure if he can cover you for the duration of your N India trip, but I would recommend him if he is available. Cheers Tom Wilson Sent: Wednesday, September 23, 2015 12:07 PM Agree with Tony, Abid was the ground agent when I went with Bird Tour Asia to NE India and he was great. —–Original Message—– Sent: Wednesday, 23 September 2015 11:12 AM Hi Barry, Abid Rahman, comes highly recommended.
