Birding spots for those with limited mobility

Does anyone know if there is any listing, on the net or otherwise, of birding sites accessible by people with limited mobility, i.e. using crutches, wheel chairs, etc? Carl, Bo Beolens accompanied a group of disabled birders around Australia. I can ask him. Also this has been one area in which Wildlife Tourism Australia has been active. Indeed Bo presented a paper on this very topic (by podcast) at the WTA workshop last week.
