A Not-shy Wedge-tailed Eagle

In my experience Wedge-tailed Eagles are quick to depart when I get close so I was pleasantly surprised this morning as the dawn appeared when one remained where it was when I drove up to it… and stayed there. And when I returned later it again didn’t fly off. Whenever I get the opportunity I just can’t stop photographing Wedgies and to get close is a moment to cherish.
