New bird for my home list today.
Sitting on my verandah reading the paper at Como, NSW (151,04E, 34,00S), I heard a ‘miner’ commotion and looked up to see a peregrine cruise past and perch in a gum about 20m away. Great views for 10 mins.
First time I’ve seen one at this house and I’ve been here for 15 years.
