Black song-thrush

Hello My name is Mary Yesterday we found song thrush in our garden,because of no tale it has problems,can’t fly normally,poor thing was very tired,we took it home,today it’s singing all morning,beautiful, but i don’t know how to feed it,take care,this bird eats bugs and smthng like this,i can’t take care about it,can’t let it go too,it’ll die ,where can i bring it or if someone wants to take care and wait when tale will grow back so I’d  like to present a lovely bird Thank you.     It may be fine. Birds lose their tail every year, normally a few feathers at a time in sequence. Sometimes all the feathers at once and that has probably happened to this one. This should not be a problem at all and if you care for it, best to just let it go. Why is it a “Black song-thrush” I wonder what it is. Song-thrush are not black. Do you mean a male Common Blackbird?
