Odd combination

A very unusual and completely unexpected combination of birds today at the You Yangs: a. Olive-backed Oriole (2 adults, possibly a third bird) b. Swift Parrot (4 birds)

For those in other states, we only get Swift Parrots around Geelong in the winter, and Orioles are summer visitors. I was very surprised to see orioles here this late, although there are records for nearly every month, and at least one over-wintering record (1977). It was stunning to see them within about 100 meters of each other, about 15 minutes apart!
