Rose-crowned fruit dove -NSW far south coast

Hi all,

Two Rose-crowned fruit doves this week on the NSW far south coast with the latest just today by Jenny Robb of KIah Wilderness Tours. A single bird was photographed (see link) in dense banskia scrub near Greencape lighthouse, South of Eden. Earlier this week, a juvenile was found near Pambula after a suspected collision and was in WIRES care. Unfortunately that bird passed away.
